Recently, researchers from Zhejiang University's School of Pharmacy published an article about peanut skin's anti-aging properties in the journal Antioxidants. The study found that proanthocyanidin A1 (PC A1) isolated from peanut skin extract (PSE) could extend lifespan and reduce cellular senescence by enhancing anti-oxidative stress and inducing autophagy, highlighting the potential of PC A1 as an anti-aging agent.
